To ensure the quality of vendor training, the Française des Jeux, which organizes the French national lottery, has implemented a training-evaluation process.

By using DATA-SCAN to automate processing of the 4 000 questionnaires disseminated in 2008, the Française des Jeux has benefitted from instantaneous feedback concerning the performance and results of their training programme without slowing the training cycle or logistics chain.

During the 2008 examination session, more than a thousand high school professors from 13 regional districs in France logged into the exam-marking platform VIATIQUE, in order to evaluate and score a variety of exams directly online.

Piloted by the Maison des Examens of Arcueil, in partnership with the French Ministry of Education, the 2008 on-screen marking project involved the grading of Baccalaureate exams, foreign-language Certifications and other certificates.
